He also has experience in bond trading, listed equity analysis, and asset allocation at a major Japanese life insurance company.

Kosuke focuses on investing in domestic manufacturing startups. He has been in charge of DCI High-Technology Ventures L.P. and Metro. Tokyo Ventures L.P. since 2014. He joined us in 2005.

Keita has engaged in domestic startup investment with us since 2015, supporting growth of startups that strive to bring innovation in fields such as machinery, construction, logistics, chemistry, and semiconductors. He was previously involved in management and operation of the defined contribution plan at another company in Daiwa Securities Group.

Tomoko has been in charge of investment for the DCI Venture Growth Fund since 2018, mainly investing in IT and Deep Tech companies. Prior to this, she was also in charge of investment for the DVF I L.P. Tomoko joined us in 2008.

He began his career at Daiwa Securities in 2020 and spent 3 years working on asset management consulting in the Kansai area.
